Are you an energetic and creative Primary Teacher looking for a great opportunity to extend and develop beyond your role as class teacher into Middle Leadership?

About the Role:

We are looking to recruit an effective and highly motivated Teacher to join our team of dedicated and energetic practitioners. We are an academy with a very high level of pupils identified as disadvantaged and a range of other diverse needs – all of whom deserve the highest quality of teaching, care and attention. We are working hard to develop an engaging, creative and irresistible curriculum and are seeking someone who can contribute effectively to this journey.

The role will include curriculum leadership and the opportunity for middle leadership development.

Is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
has high professional standards
can build and maintain positive and constructive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
has proven record of great teaching
is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils
can spot challenges for pupils’ in their learning and relentlessly seek to remove those barriers
has a desire to develop further as a middle leader, with a particular interest in pedagogy and developing effective learning
has a great understanding of what makes a great curriculum and the passion to help us develop ours further
