Class Teacher & SENCO job summary
- Evidence of a range of teaching and learning strategies that you have implemented to support pupils with SEND.
- Experience of teaching, learning and assessment at KS1/ KS2 and be able to model best practice in your own class, as well as coaching and supporting other colleagues within the academy.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to motivate and Inspire pupils to reach their potential.
- Passion and drive to be a champion of best practice for all SEND children and a commitment to our family ethos and our role in supporting parents as partners.
