What skills and experience we're looking for

At the beginning of the school journey, we are looking for inspirational Class Teachers with a passion for SEN and a creative, innovative approach to delivering the curriculum, to join us and make an impact on the learning of our students. We are looking for candidates with the motivation and determination to ensure that students make progress, improve their experience of education and prepare them to lead a fulfilling life.

All teachers are expected to teach English and maths. An interest in Art & DT would be an advantage.

You will be supported in your role by experienced special education leaders who will be available to offer advice and guidance as the school moves forward under their leadership.
