Do you have a passion for nurturing young minds? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team. Our school is a happy one where children are safe, loved and enjoy their learning. As an expert teacher who goes that extra mile to make sure that pupil’s engage with their learning and aspire to great things in life.
The successful candidate will:
Effectively deliver an inspiring curriculum, to classes of 30 pupils, in KS2 (initially in Years 4 & 5) but flexible to work across the academy.
Ensure that pupils make excellent progress in relation to national expectations.
Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our academy.
Meet pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural needs as well as their pastoral and welfare needs.
Work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, representatives, directors and primary MAC partners.
Have subject coordinator responsibilities and benefit from ongoing professional development.
Our teachers are employed under the terms and conditions for Teachers and we continue to be part of the Teachers Pension Agency.
Our strong commitment to safeguarding means this post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024 (KCSIE) online searches will be undertaken for prospective shortlisted candidates.
Qualified Teacher Status preferred, but Early Career’s Teachers (ECT’s) also considered.
