St Matthew’s is a one form entry (with nursery) Church of England primary school situated in the Edgeley area of Stockport. The school serves a diverse community, and has strong links with both community groups and the parish. We are very proud of our ‘Good’ inspection judgement from Ofsted (June 2023) and the lovely report from our SIAMS inspection in February 2025. We can offer a wonderful group of children and a hard-working and committed staff team, while we are also part of CDAT, a successful and supportive multi-academy trust.
