Creative and fun learning opportunities, both in and outside the classroom, contain what is needed to grow trustworthy, caring and responsible individuals who recognise the value of kindness, honesty and friendship in all they do. Our faith in clear Christian values allows us all to be the best we can possibly be.

Overview

We are situated in the centre of Helston, next to the town Cricket Club and Rugby Club. The school can trace its roots back to 1828, when the Helston National School (now the Andrew Hall) opened next to St Michael's Church in Church Street. The school is set within spacious grounds and has a separate infant and junior building.

The children at St Michael's come from the town of Helston and the surrounding community. Approximately 30% of our children are Service families from nearby RNAS Culdrose.
