  • Is able to demonstrate excellent and creative teaching and learning opportunities for children, which results in outstanding achievement for every pupil
  • Has very good interpersonal skills and high expectations
  • Has an excellent knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage 2 and KS1 practice
  • Is an excellent role model
  • Understands the vocational nature of teaching and is willing to contribute to, and take a full and active role inschool life
  • Is well-qualified, articulate and committed to the very highest standards in education.
