What skills and experience we're looking for
Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for are looking to recruit an aspirational and energetic class teacher to teach in one of our wonderful Year 1 class. This is a full time role and we welcome applications from experienced teachers, as well as ECTs to work alongside other experienced teachers.
At The Crescent, it is important for us to find the right people to join our fantastic team, and due to our size as a school and academy Trust, we can offer support, development, training and future leadership opportunities to ensure we secure the right people. We have increased our PPA time, and offer regular subject leader release time, so that full time experienced teachers have up to 5 hours release time a week. Therefore, if you are just starting your career, or looking for the next step aspiring for leadership opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
The Crescent Primary School is a large, three-form entry school in the Selhurst area of Croydon, with a modern building and fantastic grounds, but more importantly, amazing pupils. Commitment to safeguarding
Vetting checks, in line with the requirements of Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023, will be completed following a provisional offer of appointment.
