Experience

  • Experience as a class teacher
  • Successful and varied teaching in the EYFS and primary phases
  • Able to monitor pupil progress and use results to inform planning

Skills / Abilities

  • Ability to manage the curriculum so as to achieve excellent standards of attainment
  • Ability to motivate others
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively, manage initiatives effectively and to motivate others, e.g. sharing good practice
  • High level of written, oral and communication skills
  • Knowledge of how ICT and computing can be used to enrich and support learning
