JOB OVERVIEW:
Thorpe Acre Junior School is looking for a passionate, highly skilled, full-time class teacher to deliver high-quality lessons whilst successfully nurturing and inspiring our children. We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs.

- Be an inspirational teacher, providing a stimulating environment for learning, motivating and enthusing children;
- Have a good knowledge of how children learn;
- Have high expectations of pupil achievement and effectively plan, and assess to meet needs;
- Have a clear understanding of what effective teaching and learning looks like and can deliver it consistently;
- Have an experienced and in-depth understanding of the mastery curriculum;
- Be able to work well in a team; be enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable;
- Be able to liaise effectively with parents and build excellent relationships with children and their families.
