- A strong subject leader able to deliver a creative, challenging, broad and balanced curriculum
- able to plan lessons that focus on key knowledge and who uses retrieval practice
- uses formative and summative assessment to shape curriculum delivery
- at an exciting career stage, ready to take on a leadership role and drive the development of an exciting initiative – Outdoor Play and Learning (OPAL)
- a confident communicator with their pupils, colleagues, and parent/carers
- able to create the best possible learning environment and deliver stimulating, engaging lessons using relevant pedagogy where their pupils can thrive

Interviews will be held on Thursday 12th December 2024. Successful candidates will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
