What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking, ideally, for an experienced class teacher that has taught in Key stage 2 and has the drive, commitment and passion to get the best educational outcome for the pupils. A person who leads by example, can work as a part of the team, as this is a job share with our lead curriculum teacher in the mornings only and someone, with OFSTED visit due in the next 12 months, can demonstate high standards of teaching, capable of evidencing the same high standards.
