You will be a dynamic, creative practitioner who is skilled at challenging all pupils, whatever their starting points, using your strong pedagogical practice and philosophy along with effective use of assessment. You will be experienced at collaborating with others and working in positive and proactive ways to drive high expectations and support overall school improvement.
