What skills and experience we're looking for
An opportunity has arisen at our school due to the maternity leave of our Reception teacher and we are looking for a confident, compassionate and highly competent teacher, who has the highest expectations of children, to join our learning family in January 2025.We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified teacher offering ideally a PGCE, B.Ed or BA with QTS
- Hardworking and creative with an academic, thoughtful approach to learning.
- Enthusiastic to think outside the box
- Able to show an imaginative approach to engage children’s learning
- Knowledgeable of Early Years education
- Able to build great relationships with staff and children
- Fully committed to inclusive education and is determined that each child achieves the very best they possibly can.
- Able to show excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Willing to engage with the development of an ambitious curriculum
- High levels of skill, knowledge and understanding.
