We are looking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic and innovative Class teacher and English Lead to help continue our school's development, now and for the future. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely friendly, committed and supportive team of staff, governors and trustees who are passionate about widening opportunities for all children.

The successful candidate will be open to listening and finding new ideas and initiatives and be willing to contribute to school life beyond classroom teaching. We are looking for candidates who can work as part of a team and who will support the ethos, aims and visions of the school. They must have high expectations of themselves and others around them, have strong organisational skills, a positive outlook and a commitment to encourage and raise standards. West Lynn Primary School is becoming a one form entry school with about 161 children split into seven classes. The children at West Lynn are well behaved, hardworking and report that they really enjoy coming to school. They also report how well cared for they feel by our wonderful team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
