What skills and experience we're looking for

Boston Pioneers Academy is looking to employ an experienced teacher who will join a team committed to continuing the work of the academy in raising standards. In seeking a class teacher, the school is looking for a creative person with a passion for working with young children.

This is a high-profile role that will give the successful applicant the opportunity to showcase their organisational and leadership skills. As a result of the additional tasks and workload associated with this role, there is a TLR 3 (£2100/annum) payment to accompany the post.
