Class Teacher with Middle Leader Responsibility - English job summary
CHAT is looking to further grow the layer of middle leaders by appointing an outstanding class teacher to lead on key areas of school improvement. The successful candidates will work collaboratively within our team and lead on the development of English across the school.
This is a class based position with regular release time to ensure you have impact on school improvement. The school is also committed to your professional development so you will have ongoing support from the senior leadership team and will attend appropriate training and development opportunities. You will be given support, time and space to grow as a leader and improve teaching and learning across the school.
You must be a great teacher who has a passion for developing high quality teaching and learning, believe in sharing best practice and have the ability to inspire and motivate others. You must have good subject knowledge within the English curriculum and have some experience of leading a curriculum area or aspect of school life.
