Class teacher with Phase Lead responsibilities job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised leader committed to placing children first and ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their potential. We are excited to find a highly effective teacher who forms outstanding relationships with children, getting to the heart of each one in their care. We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting and leading teachers as a Phase Leader. This role will provide you with the opportunity to inspire excellence and provide guidance, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. As part of this role, you will be an integral part of our Senior Leadership Team, with the exciting opportunity to initially lead personal development in our school, ensuring it continues to develop knowledgeable, passionate and confident individuals.
