We are looking for somebody who has:

An excellent track record in teaching and raising standards

A passion for Reading and Phonics and a desire to enthuse and engage children

A strong subject knowledge of the English Curriculum including Phonics and the teaching of Reading

The ability to lead, support and develop staff

Great communication skills and an ability to work effectively as a team member

The motivation to develop further as a professional
