What the school offers its staff

Balladen Community Primary is a fantastic school that puts the pupils at the heart of all that we do. We intake 30 children and currently have 150 children on roll. Our school is going through a number of changes. We have an Ofsted grading of Requires Improvement, however our Ofsted monitoring report from November 2023 shows that the changes that we have made progress to improving the school. We are looking for someone who can help continue to drive the school forward to ensure that all our pupils achieve the very best.

The school values, along with our four rules of Respect: Respect for each other, Respect when learning, Respect for the school and Respect when moving, permeate all aspects of school life and the curriculum. The school’s identity filters through all aspects of school life, and our values underpin our whole curriculum. We are a welcoming school community and have close links with our parents/carers.
