  • Qualified teacher Status
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
  • A willingness to undertake a National Professional Qualification in Leading Teaching
  • Experience of teaching within a Primary education setting
  • Using data to inform target setting and planning
  • An understanding of the role of assessment in teaching and learning
  • Able to identify the necessary resources with ensure high quality teaching and learning
  • Able to converse with ease with members of the public and provide effective help or advice in accurate and fluent spoken English
