Class Teacher with TLR Responsibilities job summary
As a Main Pay Range Teacher you are required to be competent in all elements of the Teacher Standards, to discharge the Teachers Responsibilities as set out in the contractual framework for teachers of the school Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and to act in accordance with the School and BDMAT's ethos, policies and practices, under the direction of the Headteacher.
In addition to the responsibilities of class teacher you will also provide support in Teaching and Learning, evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning and progress towards meeting agreed targets across the school and to secure, in collaboration with the Headteacher and senior colleagues, high standards of teaching and learning
