Class teacher with TLR (Teaching and Learning) job summary
Alderman Pounder Infant and Nursery School are looking to appoint inspirational, innovative, resilient, and motivated Class Teacher who can lead on teaching and learning across the school. You will provide high quality, supportive, engaging teaching for the pupils in our school, and through your forward-thinking approach, will lead by example to support the development of others. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for the children. Each of our individual roles has an impact on the future of our children and so, we put them at the heart of the decisions we make and the services we provide.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your leadership journey with a nurturing and supportive senior leadership team who will offer mentoring, coaching and access to further leadership development through the NPQs. You will also have access to the FHP Teaching & Learning Professional Learning Community and the expertise of the Lead Practitioner for Teaching & Learning for further mentoring and support.
