Robsack Wood Primary Academy is seeking a permanent, experienced Teacher to work with our teaching team, in addition to the requirements of a class teacher:
As a Key Stage lead you will need to:
be accountable for high quality teaching that supports high levels of attainment and progress across all key stage groups and to support, hold accountable, develop and lead a team of people
be responsible for the operational day-to-day running of a Key Stage (including key events) and ensuring compliance to policy within the Key Stage
be the first point of contact for queries in relation to the Key Stage

Is a team member who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent care and high quality learning

Robsack Wood is a school for 4 to 11-year olds in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. We promote personal achievement for all our pupils and provide creative learning opportunities so that every child succeeds. Our pupils enjoy an exceptional learning environment including outdoor learning in our Forest School, a large grassed playing field, adjacent woodlands, garden areas and animal areas with chickens and ducks. We also host a nursery for children aged from 3 months.
