Witney Community Primary School is looking for an inspiring, creative and fun teacher to join our wonderful teaching team. Please look at our social media (Facebook and Instagram) to get a sense of our amazing school, or, better still, contact us and arrange a visit.
We are looking for a class teacher from 1 September 2024. This will be for either KS1 or KS2. Please indicate your preference, if you have one, in your personal statement.

The grounds of the school are spacious and provide plenty of room for physical education. There is a patio area for quiet play and a pond and nature area for Forest School work. The children are organised in 7 classes, one for each year group from Reception to Year 6. We have a nursery on site.

Witney CP School is situated to the north of the town and was the original county primary school for Witney. It moved to its present site in 1938 and during recent years has undergone major remodelling and refurbishments to keep pace with changes in primary school practice. The accommodation consists of a large hall, 10 classrooms in the main school building and a variety of teaching and resource areas. There is a separate dining hall and kitchen.
