Wood End Park Academy is home to over 900 children, including a 60-place nursery. It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London.
The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our eight academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high-quality training.
We are looking to appoint a teacher, initially for our Reception year group but with scope to be flexible with year groups after the first year. The ideal candidate will be caring and enthusiastic. Someone who is keen to make a difference to young children as they set out on their educational journey working within a well-established team.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated and established team of practitioners. Our commitment is to achieve excellence, with a drive to secure the best for our children in a place that values partnership, team-working and wellbeing.
For the right candidate, we will offer

· an employee assistance programme (EAP).
Our partnership with Cranford Park, James Elliman, Montem , West Drayton, Western House, Lake Farm and Godolphin academies means a host of professional development opportunities that will further your own skills, knowledge and expertise.
