The Governing Body of Wymeswold Church of England Primary School are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Class Teacher. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to join our vibrant village primary school.

* Do you have experience of teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Years 5 and 6?
Have you
* A deep understanding of the process of learning?
* A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum combined with key progression knowledge for learning in Mathematics, Reading and Writing?
* A range of teaching and assessment techniques and strategies used to accelerate pupil progress?
* The flexibility and courage to trial new learning strategies, evaluate their effectiveness and share successes with the wider team when appropriate?
Can you
* Contribute to the development of Worship and the spiritual life of the school, based upon our Christian Values?
* Commit to ensuring a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils in our school?
* Show interest and respect to all stakeholders of our school, thereby positively promoting our values and relationships with all of our parents and partners?
* Show successful subject leadership skills and experience?
We are a Good school (Ofsted, December 2018) where everyone works hard to provide the best education and outcomes for all of our children. We work collaboratively with a group of local schools.
