Year 2 and Year 6 Part-time Class teachers required for September 2021 

 

The governors of English Martyrs School are looking for a dedicated, inspirational, enthusiastic and committed teacher(s) to join our school community.  English Martyrs is a one form entry Catholic School within the Hillmorton area of Rugby.  Our school life is underpinned by a strong Christian Ethos and values.

 English Martyrs is a one-form entry, voluntary aided school, teaching pupils from Reception to Year 6.  It is situated in the Eastern Rugby area of Hillmorton.  The school has just celebrated its diamond jubilee and has been serving the Catholic Community of Rugby for 60 years.  Ofsted graded the school ‘good’ in November 2016.  Our school is a thriving community, one rooted in faith, where each child is special and unique. We are extremely proud to be governors of a school, which strives for high academic excellence whilst keeping the child at the heart of everything we do.  With the Gospel values at the core and a community in which parents, staff, pupils and the parish work together, this enables children to achieve, their full potential, be safe and happy in a nurturing, loving and caring environment.  The school offers a stimulating environment to learn, educated by a motivated and professional group of high quality teaching staff.  It works hard to make learning fun within a disciplined environment.  Parents are actively encouraged to speak to staff if they have any concerns or questions and pupil voice is very important to us and it informs the provision we provide.
