PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Year 6 classroom teacher will create a warm, positive learning environment for their class, and one in which all children feel known and valued. They will prepare and deliver outstanding lessons that inspire and challenge through a knowledge-rich, inclusive approach. They will work with colleagues to meet the needs of all children, and they will participate in ongoing professional development to secure improvements.
