What the school offers its staff
Due to exciting changes within the federation, we are delighted to be advertising class teacher positions in both schools to join our very experienced and committed staff team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available from EYFS to KS4. These posts afford the successful candidates the opportunity to work in the only special school federation in Hampshire. Our two schools, situated next door to each other, cater for the full age range and a wide breadth of needs, including moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties.
Our strapline is ‘a family of learning’ and we are committed as a community to have our wonderful pupils and students at the heart of our federation. We offer a fun, stimulating and creative environment in which all individuals are valued for their contribution, and we strive for our pupils and students to be as independent as they can be.

The federation is committed to safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We will ensure that all our recruitment and selection practices reflect this commitment.
