What skills and experience we're looking for
Phoenix Learning Alliance are seeking to appoint various class teachers at our schools from 1st September 2023.
We are looking for excellent classroom practitioners who are able to work within a team and demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication and creativity. As a multi-academy trust (MAT), we strive to ‘Be the Best We Can Be’ for the benefit of all of our pupils in all of our schools.
Applicants should be aware that employment by our MAT means you may be deployed to any of our schools during your employment.
A successful candidate will need to:
- Be an excellent practitioner
- Have high expectations of all children
- Have a strong commitment to raising standards whilst also being able to make learning fun
- Be able to work well as part of a team
- Understand the needs of all children and be supportive of the Thrive approach in supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.

Waterwells Primary is a two form entry Primary school with its own Pre-school, catering for children aged 3-11.
