We are looking to extend our team of professionals who bring interest, ideas and enthusiasm to match that of the Trust, Governors and the current Staff.

Rugby Free Primary School is a new 4-11 school which opened in September 2015. We welcome children of all abilities and from all backgrounds. We are non-selective, non-denominational and are free for all to attend. We provide a high quality local school with an exciting curriculum and extended enrichment opportunities for our children. Next year we will have 360 pupils on roll – Years R – 5.

Each year our school will increase by one year group thus providing additional opportunities for promotion of staff, movement within year groups etc. We are currently looking for 3 additional qualified teachers to join our staff team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a team of three in either Year R, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Our classes are capped at 20 pupils per teacher for the core subjects of English and Maths in the mornings and move to a house group model for afternoon sessions of 30 pupils per teacher. This allows the spare teacher to cover PPA, interventions and leadership time.

As an experienced teacher, you will be able to demonstrate a record of excellent practice in the classroom, commitment to CPD and coaching others and innovative curriculum ideas.
