What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic term-time Teaching Assistant to start work at our amazing school.
The role of teaching assistant may include working with individuals, working with groups, (both within and outside the classroom) and delivering small group interventions. We would like you to have a high level of literacy and numeracy and experience of improving outcomes for pupils both academically and emotionally. The successful applicant would be expected to show a positive impact on pupil progress within a classroom setting as well as working within a team. We are looking for people who want every child to become the best they can be!
