What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Class Teaching Assistant to join our highly motivated and friendly school staff. Previous experience of delivering interventions to a range of abilities is preferred.
Essential:
- Previous experience of working with primary aged children
- Excellent communication, including written skills
- Able to use own initiative to support learning
- The ability to establish positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- To be reflective and pro-active to ensure the best for our children
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid training
- Experience leading interventions

Wildridings is a well-resourced school with a spacious site which includes: 2 Halls; school library; nature areas; 2 different key-stage playgrounds; playground equipment including a horizontal climbing wall and tyre play park; a large, enclosed field and an on-site swimming pool. These are all used extensively to enhance children’s learning and social skills.
