What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Class Teaching Assistant to join our highly motivated and friendly school staff. Previous experience of delivering interventions to a range of abilities is preferred.

Essential:

  • Previous experience of working with primary aged children
  • Excellent communication, including written skills
  • Able to use own initiative to support learning
  • The ability to establish positive relationships with children, parents and staff
  • To be reflective and pro-active to ensure the best for our children

Desirable:

  • Paediatric First Aid training
  • Experience leading interventions

These are all used extensively to enhance children’s learning and social skills.
