The successful candidate will need to be flexible, resilient and hardworking and committed to the role. A natural empathy, caring nature and proven experience of working with vulnerable and challenging students is an advantage as such these qualities are essential requirements to work in this challenging but extremely rewarding position.

We are seeking to appoint a Student Specific Classroom Assistant to join the Academy’s Student Support Team.
The position is linked to supporting a Year 7 student who will need support to regulate themselves in lessons tobe able to access their learning and make progress. As such, this position is fixed term for the duration of the students’ academic career at the Academy (Year 7 to Year 11 and possibly thereafter, Sixth Form).
