- Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale C: £19,885 to £20,214 pro-rata per annum (Actual) (£22,737 - £23,114 full time/full year equivalent)

Experience:

actively seek learning opportunities
• Ability to relate well to children and
adults
• Experience of teaching intervention
groups
• Knowledge of relevant policies/codes
of practice and awareness of
legislation
• General understanding of National
Curriculum and other basic learning
programmes
• Basic understanding of child
development and learning
• Work constructively as part of a team,
understanding classroom roles and
responsibilities and your own position
within these
