We are seeking to appoint two teachers who are passionate about delivering high quality education and having children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything that they do. You will teach within our thriving Torbay school community, a wonderful and inclusive group of schools who work closely together to meet the needs of our children. Our Christian Ethos helps to create a warm, calm atmosphere across the schools, which pride ourselves on have our high expectations of behaviour and pupil achievement. The schools are part of the St Christopher’s Trust - a family of 21 Church and Community Schools spanning three local authorities and providing a rich network of collaboration.
The Trust will build a package of exceptional continuous professional development, with clear support networks within each school and across the hub, to ensure that the appointed candidate loves coming to work each day!
We are looking for rigorous and relentless practitioners to bring learning to life for our pupils. You will be determined and skillful in challenging each pupil, whatever their starting point, using your strong pedagogical practice and philosophy, so that every pupil can truly flourish.
We are looking for the appointed teacher to hold subject leader responsibilities (depending on their career stage), with the subjects open for discussion at interview.
