The successful candidate will:   

  • have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour   

  • be an excellent Teacher with experience or strong interest in KS1

  • lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues   

  • have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners   

  • support the Principal and Academy Leaders in implementing the school vision    

  • be innovative and creative in their approach to learning and development of provision

  • have a genuine interest in play-based learning
