The successful candidate will:

be an excellent Teacher with experience or strong interest in KS1

have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
support the Principal and Academy Leaders in implementing the school vision
be innovative and creative in their approach to learning and development of provision
have a genuine interest in play-based learning
