Classroom Teacher and Upper School Phase Leader job summary
We are looking for a Class Teacher & Upper School Phase Leader who is passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to rapidly improving the life chances of our young people. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the quality of education
You will:
- Have the ability to support and challenge colleagues & relish accountability
- Have the ability to motivate and inspire others, with a positive outlook
- Be able to demonstrate leadership through example
- Have exceptional organisational skills & manage time effectively
- Have the ability to work as part of a team & lead a team
- Be a successful, existing HOY/Phase Leader or an exceptional, experienced class teacher who is ready for the next step in their career.
