Classroom Teacher job summary

Christ the King Catholic Voluntary Academy is seeking two dynamic and enthusiastic teachers to join our excellent team from August 2022. Christ the King is an exciting and successful school rated Outstanding by OFSTED and the diocese. It is a three-form entry school with 630 children on roll. The ambition of our vibrant and energetic team is to transform lives of all children, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

We are looking for two experienced teachers capable of maintaining and improving our excellent standards. We invest in the development of our team and as well as teaching, there will also be the opportunity to support ECTs within the school and work with school leaders who have a wealth of leadership experience. The successful candidates are expected to be an inspiration to both students and their colleagues.

To be our ideal candidate you will:

Have at least 3 years teaching experience and successfully completed your ECT training
Be an outstanding practitioner with a proven record of successful outcomes
Self-motivated to improve and looking for further career development within an ambitious CMAT
