Classroom Teacher (Full time - Temporary) job summary
The Governors of Sound & District Primary School wish to appoint, for the new academic year (September 2022), an enthusiastic, highly motivated, creative and dynamic Year 1 Teacher, who delivers consistently outstanding practice and has high expectations of themselves and all our children.
The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in all aspects of learning and school life. They will have a proven record linked to raising, as well as maintaining, standards and attainment.
We are a dedicated, friendly and supportive team; committed to achieving the best for all. We require a candidate who thrives on the daily challenges that working in a busy small school can bring, someone who is a team player and is committed to the vison and values of the school.
Candidates should indicate their curriculum strengths and interests. NQTs are welcome to apply.
Sound & District Primary School places the highest priority on the safeguarding of its children. The successful applicant will be subject to the necessary enhanced D.B.S. disclosure before appointment is confirmed. Visits to the school are encouraged and appointments should be made via the school office.
The closing date is Thursday 7th July. Lesson observations and interviews will take place on Wednesday 13th July.
