Classroom Teacher KS1 job summary
The school is seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner with a passion for developing and inspiring a life-long love of learning in children to join our dedicated, friendly and highly motivated team. Experience of teaching KS1 and especially strong phonics experience is essential to this role. Taking on a subject leadership would also be required.
The role will be based at Heathlands Primary Academy for one year from 1st January 2022, with a permanent contract within the Partnership after this period.

Heathlands Primary Academy & Pre-School is a one-form entry primary academy located in West Howe, Bournemouth. We have around 170 pupils from Reception, age 4 through to year 6, age 11. We are also fortunate to have our wonderful preschool for 3 and 4 year olds on site, as part of our Early Years base.
The school is part of the Coastal Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust; a vibrant, collaborative Trust of sixteen schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations. This newly merged Trust ensures schools benefit from a collaborative spirit whilst also being encouraged to develop their own character to best serve their immediate communities.
