Silverdale Primary Academy are looking for an outstanding Classroom Teacher to join our hugely motivated and enthusiastic team, on a maternity contract. We are committed to developing our academy into an amazing place for the whole Silverdale Community, a place where we all flourish and thrive.

We are looking for a Classroom Teacher who will participate fully as an innovative member of our team. We need someone to join us who is as excited about the development of Silverdale as we are!
The successful candidate should:
Be an experienced practitioner including strategic planning, monitoring and improving teaching and learning and
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for welfare of pupils
Have excellent motivational and communication skills
Have proven experience in working with all stakeholders
Be well-motivated with a positive attitude
Have graduated with QTS
Ideally have KS1 and KS2 experience
Commitment to safeguarding

Silverdale Primary Academy is a school for 4 to 11-year olds in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. We are deeply committed to providing high-quality education for the families in our local community.
