Are you an experienced teacher or ECT, looking for a chance to demonstrate your enthusiasm for learning?
Silverdale Primary Academy are looking for an outstanding ECT/ MPS Classroom Teacher to join our hugely motivated and enthusiastic Year Six team, on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We are committed to developing our academy into an amazing place for the whole Silverdale Community, a place where we all flourish and thrive.

We are looking for a Classroom Teacher who will participate fully as an innovative member of our team. We need someone to join us who is as excited about the development of Silverdale as we are!
We are looking for someone with:
A drive for excellence with high expectations for welfare of pupils
Excellent motivational and communication skills
Proven experience in working with all stakeholders
A positive attitude
Ideally have KS1 and KS2 experience

Silverdale Primary Academy is a school for 4 to 11-year olds in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. We are deeply committed to providing high-quality education for the families in our local community. We are a local centre of excellence for the Thrive approach and focus our school life around key learning behaviours characterised by our learning ninjas! Our three classes of pupils in each year group, enjoy creative learning in an outstanding learning environment. This includes an indoor heated swimming pool, extensive grounds, a music hub, and a rainforest themed library. We have recently added a log cabin to our Forest School outdoor learning area to enable year-round Forest School activities.
