Classroom Teacher job summary
We are sponsored by the Oxford Diocese and have community facilities and a children's centre on site. We are looking for an inspirational teacher who:-
- Is a passionate classroom practitioner with an established track record of high expectations and aspiration for all children's achievements.
- Is passionate about learning and able to work as part of a team to deliver a high quality curriculum.
- Has previous experience of working with a diverse range of learning needs including excellent provision for children with additional needs.
- Has a good working knowledge of formative assessment practice and other assessment strategies.
- Has excellent expertise in creating a stimulating and appropriate environment that motivates learners.
The post provides:-
- High levels of mentoring and support for newly qualified teachers and those in the early stages of their career.
- Opportunities to develop pedagogy and leadership skills by working closely with colleagues and school leaders on the continuing growth and development of the school, by cross-phase working with the secondary school and by partnership working with other local schools.
