The Good Shepherd Primary Catholic Academy is a two form entry school for pupils aged 4-11 years of age. The Governors are seeking to appoint a motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive school. The Good Shepherd Primary Catholic Voluntary Academy opened in 1951. Located in Woodthorpe, Nottingham, it is a larger than average primary school, serving more than 400 children in the area.
The school was judged ‘outstanding’ in its latest Diocesan Canonical inspection and is currently rated ‘good’ by Ofsted.
The Gospel message is the focus of school life, not only in prayer and celebration, but through actions, relationships, learning opportunities and play.
