Are you an aspiring leading? Are you ready to take that next step in your career? Ladysmith Junior School is seeking to appoint a year leader to our reshaped leadership team. 

As a class based year lead you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of a three class year group as well as leading a core subject or area across the school. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next steps in year leadership journey through leading a team and impacting on whole school development. This post is Main Scale or UPS and there is the opportunity to progress through the pay scale for successful candidates.
