Are you an aspiring leader? Are you ready to take that next step in your career? Ladysmith Junior School is seeking to appoint a year leader to our reshaped leadership team.
As a class based year lead you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of a three class year group as well as leading a core subject or area across the school. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next steps in year leadership journey through leading a team and impacting on whole school development. This post is Main Scale or UPS and there is the opportunity to progress through the pay scale for successful candidates.

• A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum based on practical and first hand learning experiences, within and beyond the classroom making the most of our school grounds and local learning resources.
