Additional allowances
We provide full induction service and external training for NQTs.
IFPT staff get full access to the programme of CPD, conferences and NPQs that are delivered by the Teaching School Alliance that we lead.
We provide a wellbeing day per year for staff all staff after one year's service.
We follow the Teacher Pay Scales and the Buckinghamshire long service award payments.
Classteacher job summary
To carry out professional duties and to have responsibility for an assigned class.
To be responsible for the day-to-day work and management of the class and the safety and welfare of the pupils, during on-site and off-site activities.
To promote the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy of education.
To ensure and commit to the highest level of safeguarding and welfare for all pupils
