We are expanding our Cleaning Team with additional shift patterns of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9.30AM and 2.30PM. These hours are worked term time only (plus INSET days and one week’s equivalent hours during the summer holidays).
Our team work effectively to empty bins, mop floors, vacuum carpets to keep our school presentable. This involves cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets/changing rooms and foyer areas with the additional requirement for deep-cleaning other areas of the school where required.
Ideal candidates would be:
- Detail-Oriented: Paying attention to the small details that make a big difference and taking pride in what you do.
- Physical: Being prepared to move equipment across the site and to get involved in deep-cleaning areas on a rotation basis.
- Reliable: Can be counted on to be punctual and complete tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Working well with others and contributing positively to the school community in helping us to keep our school clean and tidy.
- Self-Motivated: Can take initiative and is capable of working independently.
Trained: Has COSHH training or is willing to train
