An opportunity has arisen for the role of Cleaner at Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form (KNGS). KNGS is an OFSTED outstanding school and is part of the West Midlands Multi Academy Trust with a comprehensive intake and a co-educational sixth form. Two posts are available on a permanent basis as follows:

Cleaner working 12 hours per week, on a term time only contract. Grade 1, SCP 3, Full-time Equivalent Salary £24,796; Actual Salary £7,062

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role. The appointment for which you are applying involves working with children and is therefore exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The information you give will be treated in confidence. A check with the disclosure and barring service (DBS) at enhanced level is a requirement for this role and will be carried out.
